Delivery times vary depending on the vendor and your location. Most local orders within the same city are delivered within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund within 5 days of delivery (depending on the vendor's policy). Items must be unused and in original condition. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once approved.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work directly with you and the vendor to resolve the issue quickly, either through replacement or refund.
Vendors receive payment securely through Palembi after an order is completed. Funds are transferred to the seller's registered bank account according to agreed payout schedules.
Palembi is a diaspora-everything marketplace that connects customers with verified African-owned businesses across the UK. Customers can browse, order, and pay securely online, while vendors manage their listings and orders through a dedicated dashboard.
Every vendor goes through a review and onboarding process before being approved on Palembi. We are keen on ensuring businesses are legitimate and provide quality products and services before accepting their registration.
Yes. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. Palembi does not store your card details.
Palembi currently operates within the UK. International expansion is planned for future phases.
Yes! If you run an African-owned business in the UK, you can apply to join as a vendor. Visit the ‘Become a Seller’ page to get started.
Yes. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive updates and tracking information where available.
